All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak promotional periods).

 

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number, tracking number, and shipping details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times and begin once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

 

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

 

LUNAURA is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, FedEx, DHL, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and do not offer refunds for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery;
  • Be unused, unworn, and undamaged;
  • Be in its original condition with all original packaging intact;
  • Include proof of purchase; and
  • Meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
     

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Hygiene & Personal Use Products

For hygiene and health reasons, products that have been opened, worn, used, washed, altered, stained, or otherwise show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or required to be returned under Australian Consumer Law.

 

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item:

  • Arrives damaged;
  • Is faulty or defective;
  • Is missing components; or
  • Is different from the item you ordered.

To lodge a claim, please email info@lunaurasleep.com with:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Clear photographs showing the product and any damage or fault.

We will assess each claim individually and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

How To Start A Return

To request a return, please contact info@lunaurasleep.com before sending any items back.

 

All returns must be approved by LUNAURA prior to being returned. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
