To request a return, please contact info@lunaurasleep.com before sending any items back.
All returns must be approved by LUNAURA prior to being returned. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
